My main strength is my team. We work as a team. We are team of 11 persons. I have 3 persons working as Merchandisers responsible for planning of shipments and approval of accessories from customers. 4 persons are working in designing, printing and dying. 3 persons are specialized in stitching. I am personally looking after sales and order placement and quality department.
All the team members have experienced in respective field of more than 10 years and they working with me since then so communication between team members is excellent.
