I do not like the policy to do ONLY final inspection. We prefer to work side by side of supplier to ensure that no surprise come at the time of shipment. We start from the beginning. We check grey fabric, ready for print / dyed fabric to ensure there is not skew or bowing, printing, finishing, calendared and at time of folding to ensure fabric is checked properly at folding and continuity is established shade wise for cutting.
Same procedure we follow in stitching, packing stages. Usually we have experienced that printing accessories i.e. inserts are not ready on time. In order to tackle this issue we deal directly with customer for approval of all accessories so supplier can get approved accessories from our side well on time before shipments.
